Managers, leaders, and business owners know that challenges are a part of life. They can come in the form of a new hire, a change in leadership, or an economic downturn.

3. Don’t be afraid to fail
Failure is part of life — especially when it comes to learning from our mistakes — but many people are afraid of failure because they think it will negatively affect their careers or reputations if they mess up at work or on an assignment
